2015 Barolo DOCG, Piedmont, Italy

Tart, slightly joddy and nutty nose, ripe red and some black berries, dried floral notes, hint of bacon, peppery, spicy and mineral traces. Ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and spicy notes, some dried floral notes, fairly prominent fine tannins, light acid bite, good persistence, straightforward style, hint of tobacco and nutty notes, very good, tart, juicy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2020 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
