2014 Oltrepò Pavese DOC Riesling Gli Orti, Lombardy, Italy

Prominent vegetal and light nutty notes on the nose, some clay, pears, citrus fruit, fairly hard honeydew melon, white peaches, chalky traces. Cool, elegant and juicy fruit on the palate, salty mineral notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, blanched nuts, delicate hint of muscat, some artichoke in the background, lively acidity, appears very fresh and light, good persistence and substance, fairly unobtrusive style, but also mouthwatering, prominent sea salt on a very good finish.
