Vegetable and distinctly yeasty aroma with restrained yellow fruity as well as slightly earthy and bready notes. Lean, tart fruit, herbal and yeasty flavours, quite present acidity, noticeable yet fine tannin, some persistence, cool style, good, tart finish with grip.
