Translate to English Sehr mineralischer Duft nach Pfirsichen, angetrockneten Zitrusfrüchten und Äpfeln mit Kräuternoten. Fest, herb und mineralisch im Mund, deutliche Trockenkräuterwürze, feine, lebendige Säure, zartherbe Note am Gaumen, etwas Gerbstoff, sehr gute Tiefe und Nachhaltigkeit, relativ herber Stil, einen Hauch bitter, gute Länge.

Editor note: Translate to English Noch leicht schwefliger Duft nach Pfirsich und Apfel mit feinen Kräuternoten und kühler Mineralik im Hintergrund. Kühl auch im Mund, straff mineralisch, die Frucht etwas versteckt, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, wirkt dabei ziemlich verschlossen, gute Tiefe, komplex, leicht rauer Gerbstoff im Hintergrund, lang. Muss reifen.
