Slightly warm, somewhat sweetish-floral and a touch waxy scent of partly candied citrus fruits and stone fruits. Somewhat developed, ripe, slightly warm and a touch sweetish fruit, very slightly muted, fine, ripe acidity, good persistence, has melting and some grip, quite clear minerality, a touch of liquorice and anise in the background, noticeable but integrated alcohol, relatively firm structure, some depth, very good, again slightly warm finish with juice, wax, minerality and grip.

Editor note: Vegetable, somewhat floral and nutty scent of citrus fruits, a little peach and kimchi with hinted yellow spice and minerality. Quite strong in the mouth, slightly warm fruit, nutty and a little yeasty notes, yellow spice and vegetable tones, a little subdued on the palate, hinted yellow spice, earthy minerality, suitable acidity, has a touch, very slightly drying tannin, noticeable alcohol, slightly sweetish melt, very good, slightly subdued, warm finish with nutty tones and clear minerality

Editor note: Translate to English Kühler, straffer Zitrusduft mit Pfirsich- und Apfelaromen, frisch-kräuterigen Tönen und deutlicher, herb-würziger Mineralik. Fest und sehr geschliffen im Mund, feinsaftige, zart süßliche Frucht mit kräuterigen Aromen und herber Mineralik im Hintergrund, etwas Kandis, sehr feine, lebendige und straffe Säure, hat Schmelz, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, zupackender, wieder leicht süßlicher und gleichzeitig sehr mineralischer Abgang. Braucht Zeit.

Editor note: Translate to English Eindeutig seiner Herkunft verpflichteter, recht tiefer und komplexer, dabei geschliffener Duft nach Steinobst und etwas kandiertem Kernobst mit filigraner und gleichzeitig zupackender Würze und deutlicher Mineralik. Sehr klar und geschliffen auch im Mund, reife, schmelzige Frucht, hochfeine Säure, ganz leicht süßlich am Gaumen, viel Stoff, mineralischer Unterbau, fest gewirkt, noch kaum entwickelt, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
