2015 Schloss Johannisberg Riesling Spätlese Grosse Lage, Grünlack, Rheingau, Germany

Cool nose, light vegetal notes, apple and citrus fruit, some stone fruit, floral traces, tart mineral notes in the background. Clear, polished, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, integrated sweetness, lively acidity, light tannic grip, touch of dried herbs, prominent mineral notes, persistent, firm structure, still young, some depth, more tart mineral notes on a very good juicy, grippy finish.
