Fairly mature nose, preserved berries, cherry jam and partly dried herbs, light roasted notes, delicate spicy oak. Compact preserved and cooked berry and cherry fruit on the palate, not particularly deep, some dried herbs and a hint of marzipan, touch of dark chocolate, integrated, fine-grained, astringent tannins, again fairly mature, attractive to good finish.
