Firm, tart, clearly herbal and also yeasty aroma with white and yellow fruit aromas as well as traces of fennel and celery. Tart, bright fruit also in the mouth, lively, fine acidity, yeasty and clearly herbal notes, somewhat citrusy on the palate, some melting, warm and cool elements, slightly muted, chalky nuances and a hint of salt, good to very good, tart finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2020 bis 2022+. What our ratings mean
