Tart, somewhat herbal and slightly earthy citrus scent with a hint of pome fruit and mineral nuances in the background. Dry, delicate fruit with nutty and slightly vegetal aromas, a hint of floral, fine, quite lively acidity, some grip, salty tones, delicate spiciness, good to very good finish.
