Cool, vegetal to herbal and yeasty nose with bright yellow fruity notes, mussel shells, a little white pepper and mushroomy nuances. Clear, juicy fruit with lots of yeast, herbal-vegetable aromas, some nuts and a hint of tobacco, lively, quite fine mousseux, has life and grip, good substance, fine bready tones, some depth, still young, quite complex, very good, somewhat melting finish with grip, juice and spice.
