Yeasty and floral, also a little red berry aroma with citrus and pome fruit nuances, some mustard cucumber, nuts, a touch of tobacco, mushrooms and yellow-spicy aromas. Ripe, sweetish, partly candied fruit, floral, slightly herbal and mushroomy notes, moderate yeasty aromas, rather calm mousseux and some grip, good persistence, a little tobacco, yellow spice and mustard cucumber, chalky traces, very good finish
