Translate to English Kühle, feste, deutlich hefige Nase mit feinen pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Aromen, Muschelschalen, Algen und kreidiger Mineralik. Straffe, recht saftige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht, nussig-hefige Aromen, wieder pflanzliche bis kräuterige und an Algen erinnernde Töne, relativ feines Mousseux, ein wenig Kandis am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, helle nussige und wieder auch kreidige Noten, ein Hauch Pfeffer, angedeutet dunkle Beeren, sehr guter, eine Spur süßlicher Abgang.
