Relatively cool, clearly vegetal nose with restrained, light yellow fruit notes, mussels, tarragon and floral and chalky nuances. Clear, straightforward, not quite dry, light fruit, yeasty, floral and chalky tones, also a hint of salt, quite fine Mousseux, good sustainability, a hint of candy on the palate, almondy notes, has a bite, very slightly smoky tones, a bit of a grip, very good, delicately sweet finish with light juice, chalk and yeast.
