Translate to English Herber und leicht säuerlicher, auch ein wenig fleischiger Duft nach schwarzen und roten Beeren mit Kirschnoten, etwas Paprika und pfeffrigen Nuancen. Klare, geschliffene, säuerliche Frucht im Mund, leicht vegetabile und erdige Töne, feinstaubiges, noch leicht trocknendes Tannin, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, eher schlanker Körper mit gewissem Säurebiss, gewinnt mit Luft an Saft, ordentlicher bis guter, herber Abgang.
