Translate to English Fester, noch ziemlich hefiger, auch kräuteriger Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Nuancen, floralen Spuren, etwas Pilzen, gelber Würze, Nussaromen und deutlicher Mineralik. Feste, saftige, leicht süßlich-schmelzige Frucht, deutlich hefig, etwas pflanzlich und angedeutet floral, sehr feine Säure, mürber Gerbstoff, recht nachhaltig, noch unentwickelt, im Hintergrund mineralisch, gelb-gewürzige und pilzige Nuancen, ein Hauch Butter, sehr guter Abgang.
