2012 Barolo DOCG Arborina, Piedmont, Italy

Slightly dried vegetal and fleshy, very slightly fleshy and iodine-like nose, predominantly red berries, hint of tobacco, coconut and light cherries. Fairly tart and rather cool fruit on the palate, nutty and light earthy notes, light vegetal notes, touch of green vegetables, fairly prominent fine tannins, good persistence, light mineral notes in the background, hint of bacon, very good, quite aeration with a hint of eucalyptus ,
