Translate to English Herbe, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit erdigen Noten und leicht buttrigen Anklängen. Ziemlich kräftig im Mund, reife Frucht mit herben vegetabilen Aromen sowie einer Spur Butter und Wachs, feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, hat Griff, mineralische Anklänge, aber auch leicht phenolisch-bitterliche Töne, etwas rustikale Art, guter Abgang.
