Tart, grassy and vegetal nose, green bell peppers and green asparagus, citrus, pomaceous fruit and some elderberry. Quite full-bodied and creamy on the palate, spicy ripe fruit, tart vegetal and earthy notes, elegant acidity, good persistence, good grip, light mineral notes, touch of juniper in the background, good finish.
