Translate to English Leicht vegetabiler bis kräuteriger und einen Hauch pfeffriger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen und mineralischen Noten. Klare, recht feste, geschliffene und überraschend kühl wirkende Frucht mit kräuterig-pflanzlichen Aromen, frischem weißem Gemüse und wieder einem Hauch Pfeffer, lebendige, feine Säure, Zitrusnuancen am Gaumen, gewisser Schmelz und feiner Griff, helle mineralische Töne, auch im sehr guten Abgang erstaunlich kühl und frisch.
