Slightly artificial nose, elegant whiff on small red berries, some grated apple, floral touch of violets. Delecately sweet, preserved light fruit on the palate, more floral notes, candied violets and light herbaceous notes, light vegetal traces and some onion in the background, fine mousse, pleasant to drink, attractive to good finish.
