Translate to English Herber, fester Duft nach schwarzen Beeren mit leicht tabakigen Holznoten, etwas Blut, Paprika und kräuterigen Nuancen. Fest gewirkte, sehr reife dunkle Frucht, ganz leicht kompottig, deutliches, röstiges und etwas rußiges Holz mit Kaffeenoten, präsentes, etwas trocknendes Tannin, viel Kraft und spürbarer Alkohol, Kakao im Hintergrund, auch getrocknete Tomate, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, ein wenig rustikaler Stil, pfeffrige Würze, auch angedeutet Salz, sehr guter, klarer, nur auch etwas alkoholstarker Abgang, der mit Luft an Saft und Frische gewinnt.
