2015 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

Woody, animalistic and distinctly vegetal scent with earthy notes, a little mushroom and restrained red and black fruit aromas. Ripe red and a little black fruit with orange zest, cinnamon spice and a little cocoa, some acid bite, present, ripe tannins, good persistence, light bitter on the palate, tobacco nuances, a hint of salt, with a juicy air, very good, warm finish with ripe red fruit and slightly bitter spice again ..
