2018 Costa Toscana IGT Vermentino "Valentina", Tuscany, Italy

Yellow-fruity, herbal and floral nose with mineral notes, nutty traces, a little honeydew melon and a hint of bacon. Ripe, slightly creamy fruit with light nutty and delicate floral aromas, a little herbs, root vegetables and green bacon again, good substance and persistence, delicate touch, mineral nuances in the background, a hint of yeast, a hint of dark berries, good to very good finish.
