Cool, slightly vegetal nose with restrained, light yellow fruit and delicate yeasty notes. Clear, straightforward, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, delicate yeasty notes, fresh vegetal notes, hint of floral notes, very elegant acidity, a hint of salt and citrus, good finish.
