Translate to English Fest, tief und herb in der Nase, noch ziemlich unentwickelter Duft mit hefigen und gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie deutlicher Mineralik und Kümmel. Ziemlich saftig und wieder fest im Mund, reife, herbe, konzentrierte Frucht mit kräuterigen und ganz leicht tabakigen Aromen, feine, lebendige Säure, fest, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr dunkle Aromatik, noch ein wenig unruhig, hefige Töne, erhebliche, sehr herbe Mineralik, viel Griff und Zug, gute Tiefe, langer Abgang. Muss zwingend reifen.
