Dull, bright gold. Vegetable, nutty, somewhat yeasty and earthy fragrance with restrained, tart yellow-fruity aromas and a little tobacco. Ripe, dry, nutty fruit, yeasty and planty notes, somewhat spicy, chalk and salt in the background, also a little light tobacco, crumbly tannin, good to very good, tart finish
