Developed, somewhat nutty aroma of partly stored root vegetables with a hint of cabbage, courgette, stone fruit and little ethereal herbal tones reminiscent of parsley. Tart, rather tightly knit fruit, nutty, lightly woody and vegetal aromas, a little smoke, fine acidity and a light grip of crumbly tannin, some persistence, slightly warm on the palate, tones reminiscent of courgette, noticeable but integrated alcohol, delicate bitterness, a hint of smoke, bacon and salt, hints of mushrooms, good to very good, slightly drying finish.
