Ripe, partly dried and preserved spicy fruit on the palate, fairly prominent sandy tannins, tobacco, mocha, dark chocolate and some iodine, persistent, full-bodied, noticeable high alcohol, more peppery spice, firm grip, slightly rustic style, but becomes more elegant and juicy with aeration, also shows significantly more depth, quite complex, chocolate, spice, coffee and tobacco on a very good finish.
