Light-nutty to woody and slightly vegetable scent with warm yellow-fruity aromas, delicate butter and caramel as well as floral hints. Ripe, quite juicy, slightly warm fruit, very fine acidity, light nutty and delicately woody tones, a little floral on the palate, again a hint of butter and caramel, mineral notes, good substance and persistence, a hint of smoke, tobacco and yellow-spicy nuances in the background, very good finish Has solidified in the last months

Editor note: Light floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit aromas, nutty oak, hint of tobacco, spicy aromas, light mineral notes. Ripe, creamy, warm fruit on the palate, smoky, toasted, nutty oak, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, touch of yellow spice, hint of tobacco, mineral notes in the background, touch of juniper, noticeable high alcohol, ethereal notes, hint of honeydew melon and mandarine on a very good, tart, creamy, alcoholic finish.
