Translate to English Vegetabile, leicht speckige und erdig-mineralische Nase mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen und ganz leicht pfeffrigen Aromen. Reife, schmelzige und etwas warme Frucht, deutlich pflanzliche Würze, feine Säure und ein wenig Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, spürbarer Alkohol, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren im Hintergrund, ganz leicht rustikaler Stil, guter bis sehr guter, schmelziger Abgang mit merklich Alkohol und Wacholdernoten.
