Unconventional, still very restless, slightly burnt-yeasty, buttery and almost animal-like scent with restrained notes of partly sautéed yellow fruits and root vegetables, as well as vegetal and earthy notes. Clear vegetal notes on the palate, lemongrass, candied nuts and ginger, white earthy and mineral notes, some brown butter and some caramel, salty traces, fairly persistent, quite yeasty on the palate, slightly indifferent in the moment, some good to very good finish Handle and spice.

Best to drink: 2018 bis 2020+. What our ratings mean
