Translate to English Fester, dabei noch ein wenig unruhiger, vegetabiler, merklich hefiger und angedeutet speckiger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen, ein wenig Champignons und Nüssen mit erdigen bis mineralischen Tönen. Herbe, eher kühle, wieder recht fest gewirkte Frucht, lebendige, feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, feiner Säurebiss und auch leichter Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, hefige Nuancen, erdige bis mineralische Töne, noch unentwickelt, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, wieder herber, kühler Abgang mit feinem Saft.
