Translate to English Nussiger, vegetabiler und erdig-mineralischer Duft nach Kernobst und Zitrusfrüchten mit ein wenig Wurzelgemüse und floralen Spuren im Hintergrund. Recht fest gewirkte, saftige, eher kühle Frucht, deutlich nussig, wieder ein wenig Wurzelgemüse am Gaumen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure und Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, nachhaltig, hat Substanz, gewisse Tiefe, zart buttrige Nuancen im Hintergrund, angedeutet Rauch, noch unentwickelt, sehr guter, etwas schmelziger und zugleich griffiger Abgang mit feinem Saft und Würze.
