Translate to English Fester, etwas gelb-gewürziger und merklich vegetabiler Duft mit getrocknet-floralen Aromen, deutlicher Mineralik und erdigen Tönen. Herb-saftige, wieder relativ fest gewirkte Frucht mit deutlich pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen, hefigen und auch wieder floralen Noten, lebendige, feine Säure, merklicher Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, kreidig-salzige Mineralik, sehr guter Abgang mit Saft und Griff.
