Nicht ganz trockene Frucht mit pflanzlicher Würze im Mund, feine Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund Mineralik, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, ganz leicht rau am Gaumen, nussige Spuren, süßlicher, dazu eine Spur nachtrocknender Abgang mit zart fruchtigen und deutlich mineralischen Noten.
