2017 Cabernet Sauvignon VDP.Gutswein trocken "Kloster Réserve", Rheingau, Germany

Astringent, somewhat tobaccoy-woody, dried vegetable, earthy and undergrowth aroma of predominantly black berries with smoky and roasted nuances. Quite firm, very dry fruit, smoky and toasty wood, some tobacco, herbal and also a little ethereal notes, fine, relatively present tannin, good persistence, mineral notes, slightly sweetish chocolaty tones, very good, a little warm finish
