Fairly cool nose, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes, light yellow fruit aromas, hint of bacon, mineral notes. Fairly sweet, partly candied light fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, integrated tannins, but still very slightly astringent, some sugar candy, chalky notes, slightly creamy, lemony traces, slightly muted on a good to very good finish.
