Vegetable and floral fragrance with calm yellow fruity aromas, some walnut, a touch of bacon and earthy nuances. Tart fruit with nutty, yeasty and vegetable notes, fine acidity, some touch of ripe tannin, some persistence, salty and chalky nuances, very slightly floral in the background, good, tart, quite firm finish.
