2016 Nierstein Brudersberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Firm, somewhat yeasty-nutty stone fruit scent with citrus aromas, very light buttery and spicy yellow notes, a little herbs, fennel and earthy mineral tones. Firm, clear, elegantly juicy and cool fruit, lively, very fine acidity, lots of fine sandy tannins, sustainable and grippy, has substance and at the same time freshness, another hint of butter, dark mineral notes, a little green walnut, very good, dry, elegantly juicy finish with a hint of yellow spice and long pepper.
