2005 V.T. Castilla y León, Castilla y León, Spain

Subdued, clean nose with apples, citrus fruit, some elderberry and hay. Cool and bone-dry in the mouth, elegant acidity, light-bodied in spite of 13% alcohol, vegetal notes on the palate, fairly piquant, light tannic notes on an attractive finish.
