Translate to English Ganz leicht trübes, helles Gelb. Deutlich hefiger und auch vegetabiler Duft mit zurückhaltenden, herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Brokkoli und erdig-mineralischen Anklängen. Klare, zartsaftige, ganz trockene Frucht, deutlich hefig, zart rauchig und hell-nussig, lebendige, feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff durch feinen Gerbstoff, gutes Rückgrat, recht eleganter Stil, erdige Mineralik im Hintergrund, fester Bau, noch jung, aber schon ziemlich animierend, sehr guter, straffer, feinsaftiger und hefig-würziger Abgang mit mineralischen und pflanzlichen Aromen.
