Orange-gold. Still a little restless, yeasty, bacony and vegetal nose with nutty, mushroomy and restrained yellow fruity tones. Nutty and vegetal also in the mouth, smoky, bacony notes, some wood, spicy hints and chalk, very fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, persistent, some warmth, yeasty tones, hints of white pepper, some depth, still slightly muted, very good, again smoky-bacony finish with yellow spice, tart juice and minerality. Still needs to mature
