Firm, tart, bacony and yeasty, also clearly vegetal scent with mushroomy and restrained yellow fruity notes as well as clear minerality. Bright, quite juicy and fresh fruit, yeasty, vegetal and somewhat smoky-specky notes, lively, fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, lots of power, chalk and salt on the palate, nutty flavours, noticeable but integrated alcohol, very good finish, again with grip
