Very firm, yeasty bouquet with notes of dried light flowers, fine, restrained yellow fruity aromas, nutty traces and earthy minerality. Lean, cool and bone-dry in the mouth, very fine, lively acidity, planty, yeasty and floral notes, persistent, very good substance, elegant style with plenty of bite, clear minerality tending towards salty, some depth, herbaceous nuances in the background, very good, tight, cool, mineral and fine-juicy finish with tension. Gains weight with air over days
