Translate to English Kühle, betont pflanzliche und leicht kräuterige, auch zart hefige und angedeutet speckige Nase mit sehr verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen und einem Hauch Pilze. Klar, wieder kühl und völlig trocken im Mund, feinsaftige, etwas apfelige Frucht, recht feines Mousseux, etwas Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, deutliche, mandelig-nussige hefige Aromen, gewisse Tiefe, kräuterige Nuancen, sehr guter, herber Abgang mit Zug.
