Mature nose, dried and braised bell peppers, touch of cassis, earthy and mineral notes, hint of soup greens. Clear, cool, juicy fruit on the palate, dominated by Cabernet Franc, tart spicy bell peppers, earthy and mineral notes, old oak in the background, elegant tart nutty notes, good persistence and has some depth, harmoniously matured, refreshing, very good finish.
