Slightly murky gold colour. Firm, slightly oxidative nose, light nutty notes, yeasty and partly dried floral notes, partly candied and dried yellow fruit, touch of light tobacco, iodine, citrus zests, yellow spice. Very firm and fairly juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yellow spice, yeasty and light nutty notes, light floral traces, tobacco in the background, lively, very elegant acidity, persistent and firm, fairly prominent mineral notes, integrated tannins provide grip, some depth,, more yeasty and salty mineral notes, prominenjt nutty notes on a very good finish.
