Tart nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceouis notes, apple fruit, some wine gums and minty notes. Straightforward, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, delicate easty and light nutty notes, vegetal, herbaceous and floral traces, lively acidity, light-bodied in spite of the high level of alxcohol, fairly persistent, light tannic touch, earthy traces, touch of grape juice, hint of salad cucumber and mustard seed, good, delicately minty finish.
