2013 Colli della Toscana Centrale IGT Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot Black Label, Tuscany, Italy

Light animal notes on the nose, cedary traces, ripe cherries, mulberries and blueberries, earthy traces, hint of tobacco, some cassis and dried herbs. Clear, straightforward, fairly polished fruit on the palate, some toasted oak, hint of tobacco, cedary traces, fairly prominent tannins, still slightly sandy and astringent, but becomes more integrated with aeration, noticeable acid bite, very good substance and persistence, salty and earthy traces, prominant dark chocolate notes, some depth, acid bite again, slightly sandy tannins and dried herbs on a very good fruity finish with some spicy oak.
