Klare, feinsaftige, recht geschliffene Frucht, Kandisnoten, nussige Spuren und wieder ein Hauch Zimt, lebendige, feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, kräuterige Nuancen, harmonisch und animierend, sehr verhaltene Holzwürze, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, sehr guter, kandiert-fruchtiger und feinwürziger Abgang.
